  1. The promo will run from November 6, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
  2. The promo is open to users who are eligible for Maya Credit based on their active usage of the Maya app and are in good credit standing, and who receive the following SMS:

  3. Qualified users can participate in both mechanics below should they meet the qualifying requirements:
    1. Cashback Reward
      1. User must transact a minimum of PHP 300 in a single transaction and select Maya Credit as their mode of payment for any of the following use cases:
        1. Scan any QRPh to pay
        2. Checkout from Maya Shop
        3. Log in to pay with Maya
      2. For every qualifying transaction, users will receive a cashback voucher amounting to either one of the following:
        1. PHP 3, or
        2. PHP 30, or
        3. PHP 3,000.
      3. Cashback reward is capped at PHP 3,000 only per user.
      4. Users can qualify for the reward more than once, given that the PHP 3,000 cashback cap per user has not yet been reached.
      5. Purchases beyond twentieth (20th) transaction per user will no longer be rewarded with cashback.
      6. Transactions made below the minimum PHP 300 spend requirement will not be qualified for the cashback reward.
    2. Partner Gift Certificate Reward
      1. User must accumulate the minimum spends below to qualify for the respective rewards:
        1. PHP 12,500: P HP 100 worth of SM Gift Certificates
        2. PHP 15,000: PHP 100 worth of SM Gift Certificates
        3. PHP 20,000: PHP 200 worth of Lazada Gift Certificates
      2. Anything beyond the designated accumulated spend for Tiers 1 and 2 will be carried over to the succeeding tier
      3. Users can receive a maximum of one (1) Gift Certificate per spend requirement.
  4. A user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn the cashback and Gift Certificate voucher rewards.
  5. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given or its corresponding monetary value.
  6. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
  7. Qualified promo participants will receive their cashback and Gift Certificate vouchers up to thirty (30) business days after the end of the promo period.
  8. Cashback rewards will be awarded as vouchers. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
  9. Customer claims the Gift Certificate on these following steps:
    1. SM Gift Certificate
      1. Proceed to SM Dept Store - Customer Service Section BCODE Redemption Counter.
      2. Present SMS or Email with bCODE to Customer Service Teller.
      3. Receive corresponding SM Gift Pass.
      4. Sign M2Cash BCODE Confirmation Slip.
    2. Lazada Gift Certificate
      1. Go to Lazada App then select Lazada Wallet.
      2. Click the Lazada Gift Card Icon or follow this link: https://lzd.co/lazadagcredemption to redirect.
      3. Enter the code in the field provided.
      4. Click REDEEM. Your Gift Card is now credited as Lazada Wallet credits.
  10. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  11. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call 8845-7788 or email support@maya.ph
  12. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
  13. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
  14. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  15. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  16. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  17. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  18. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  19. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
  20. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
