  1. A user can receive unlimited raffle entries but may only win once. In case a name was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prizes of higher value.
  2. The year-long flights will be provided as 12 flights to be rewarded which will allow for 1 flight per month for 1 full year.
  3. All booking, claiming, and actual flights are valid only via Cebu Pacific.
  4. Users can earn multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted.
  5. Raffle entries from the promo will refresh every month.
  6. The raffle draws, which will be with the participation of a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through Maya’s social media account/s are based on the following schedule:

  1. Flight vouchers are applicable to selected destinations as follows:
Domestic Flights Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Dumaguete, Roxas, Zamboanga, Manila
International Flights Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur, Brunei, Macau, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Fukuoka, Kota Kinabalu
  1. Terms and conditions of the flight vouchers are as follows:
    1. Valid for the abovementioned destinations / routes only.
    2. With 20kg check-in baggage allowance per way
    3. Inclusive of Government Taxes and Fees
    4. Status is Subject to Positive Space Must Ride (PSMR) priority
    5. Subject to flight availability
    6. Tickets are valid for travel until December 31, 2024; the request must be processed at least fourteen (14) working days before travel. Strictly no extension on the validity of the flight vouchers.
    7. In the event of force majeure, or no current operations on a particular route, CEB may not be held accountable for the cancellation of flights or the inability to issue flight vouchers.
    8. Not valid for travel during the airline’s embargo periods, which may be subject to change.
    9. Once ticketed out, changes to booking will incur applicable fees. Final and complete passenger names and details must be provided.
    10. Not for re-selling purposes.
    11. Transferable to another passenger/s nominated by the grantee (before being ticketed out). This must also be coordinated prior with Cebu Pacific
    12. Cebu Pacific will be issuing the tickets to one point person in the Maya team as nominated and agreed upon, for further distribution and forward handling to the grantees and/or nominated passengers of the grantees. Guidelines document will be shared separately.
  2. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
  3. The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
  4. Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
  5. All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
  6. The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
  7. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
  8. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
  9. With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
  10. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
  11. Maya Philippines, Inc is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.   12. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
  13. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
  14. In case of a tie, the first to accomplish the most number of entries will win. In the case where users would have accomplished it at the same time, it will be raffled off between them.
  15. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
  16. Only the following prepaid load items in the Maya app are qualified for the promo

  17. Self-load or gifted transactions are both qualified for this promo.
  18. For Maya Credit transactions to be eligible, a user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn the raffle entries.
  19. Each Maya transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
  20. Crypto transactions must be approved and successful to qualify for the promo. Rejected transactions are not qualified.
  21. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  22. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  23. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Bank, Inc., Maya Ph (Maya Philippines, Inc.), Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle.
  24. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
  25. Pay with Maya QR to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
  26. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
  27. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
  28. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  29. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.
  30. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  31. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  32. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited.
  33. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  34. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
  35. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
