  1. The promo will run from April 17, 2024 to April 30, 2024.
  2. The promo is open to users who apply for Maya Easy Credit and make their first Credit drawdown transaction within the promo period and who will receive the SMS spiel below:
    “Congrats! You can win exciting rewards when you apply and pay with Maya Easy Credit to pay via QR, checkout online, and buy load. Visit maya.ph/easycreditraffle for more details.”
  3. Users who do not receive the above SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join this promo.
  4. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they do any of the following with a minimum spend of PHP 100 in a single transaction:

  1. Each user may receive an unlimited number of raffle entries within the promo period, if they meet the minimum qualified transaction requirement of PHP 100.
  2. Users will not receive multiple raffle entries on a single qualified transaction.
    1. For example: If user pays for grocery worth PHP 3,000 with Maya Easy Credit, he/she will only receive one (1) raffle entry
    2. For example: If user pays for grocery worth PHP 3,000; buys load worth PHP 200 with Maya Easy Credit he/she will only receive two (2) raffle entries
  3. Each qualified user may only win one time.
  4. Users who activate their Maya Easy Credit account and borrow at least PHP 100 during the duration of the promo will be qualified. Users who activate before or after the said duration will not be qualified for the promo.
  5. A user must have an activated Maya Easy Credit account and in good credit standing. Good credit standing means that the user is not past due or has fully settled total amount due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
  6. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  7. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
  8. The raffle draws, which will be with the participation of a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through Maya’s social media account/s are based on the following schedule:

  1. Qualified promo participants will receive their cashback vouchers up to thirty (30) business days after the end of the promo period.
  2. Cashback rewards will be awarded as vouchers. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
  3. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  4. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call 8845-7788 or email support@maya.ph 
  5. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period. 
  6. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
  7. Maya account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  8. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  9. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  10. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  11. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  12. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
  13. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
