Enjoy perks and rewards when you use Maya Credit! Promo duration is from September 15 – November 5, 2023

  1. The promo will run from September 15 to October 15, extended until Nov. 5, 2023 as approved by DTI-FTEB.
  2. The promo is open to new and existing Maya Credit users who will receive the following SMS spiel:

    “Congrats! You have qualified for Maya Credit’s accumulated spend promo. Pay with Maya Credit to enjoy perks and rewards! Go to missions or visit maya.ph/accumulatedcredit to learn more.”
  3. Users who do not receive the SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join the promo.
  4. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they do the following activities in order:

New Users of Maya Credit

Recurring Users of Maya Credit

a. Tier 1: Users need to activate their credit account in the Maya app and reach PHP 1,000 transfer to Wallet

b. Tier 2: Users need to make direct Maya Credit transaction (Scan to pay via QR or Buy from Shop) reach an accumulated spend of PHP 500

c. Tier 3: Users need to make direct Maya Credit transaction (Scan to pay via QR or Buy from Shop) reach an accumulated spend of PHP 1,500

d. Tier 4: Users need to make direct Maya Credit transaction (Scan to pay via QR or Buy from Shop) reach an accumulated spend of PHP 3,000

e. Tier 5: Users need to make direct Maya Credit transaction (Scan to pay via QR or Buy from Shop) reach an accumulated spend of PHP 4,500

f. Tier 6: Users need to make direct Maya Credit transaction (Scan to pay via QR or Buy from Shop) reach an accumulated spend of PHP 6,000

Note: Anything beyond the designated accumulated spend for Tiers 2 to 5 can be carried over to the succeeding tier.

e. Tier 5: Users need to make direct Maya Credit transaction (Scan to pay via QR or Buy from Shop) reach an accumulated spend of PHP 6,000

  1. Qualified users can receive maximum of:
    1. Six (6) reward (cashback and vouchers) for the new users for the whole promo duration
    2. Five (5) vouchers for the recurring users for the whole promo duration
  2. A user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
  3. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize/reward give, or its corresponding monetary value.
  4. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
  5. The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to thirty business days after the end of the promo period.
  6. To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
  7. To use the voucher, qualified users should follow these steps:
    1. Show SMS or Email with the voucher treats code to the store for verification.
    2. Once the code has been verified, treats will be released
  8. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  9. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call 8845-7788 or email support@maya.ph
  10. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
  11. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
  12. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  13. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  14. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  15. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  16. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  17. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
  18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

How to claim the reward:

  1. Receive an SMS from SHARETREATS for your e-voucher code.
  2. Proceed to the nearest Red Ribbon / Dunkin' / Potato Corner / McDonald's branch
  3. Present SMS with CODE to the cashier. For Potato Corner, click the link on the sms and show to cashier.
  4. Receive corresponding item.
