Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from November 18, 2020 to January 10, 2021.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya users (consumer accounts only) who will scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR at participating merchants in the following Megaworld Lifestyle Malls:
    1. Eastwood City
    2. Lucky Chinatown Mall
    3. Forbes Town
    4. Southwoods Mall
    5. Uptown Mall
    6. McKinley Hill
    7. Newport Mall
    8. Festival Walk Mall Iloilo
  3. An accumulated spend worth PHP2,000 at any of the participating merchants is required to qualify for a PHP200 cashback.
  4. Users can avail of the cashback twice. The maximum cashback a user can earn during the promo period is
    PHP400.
  5. Simultaneously, PayMaya users can earn raffle entries for a chance to become one of ten winners of PHP10,000 each when they spend at least PHP500 and use PayMaya QR at any of the participating merchants at the Megaworld Lifestyle Malls during the promo period.
    Note: Every PHP500 single-receipt purchase will earn one entry.

Submission of Raffle Entries & Raffle Draw

  1. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction regarding the total number of entries they’ve earned.
  2. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period
  3. The raffle draw will take place on January 14, 2020 and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.

Announcement of Winners and Claiming of Prizes

  1. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official PayMaya Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PayMayaOfficial).
  2. The winner will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid QR transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable.
  3. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
  4. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by PayMaya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
  5. PayMaya reserves the right to use the names, images, and videos of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.
  6. Any prize or reward received by the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within 30 days from the end of the promo period. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call 8845-7788 or email support@paymaya.com.
  7. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  8. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., Megaworld Corp., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in the raffle portion of this promo.
  9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
  10. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
  11. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  12. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
  13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  14. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
