12.12 Grand Pamasko Sale: Get up to 20% Cashback when you checkout and pay with Maya on TikTok Shop

1. Promo period is from November 29 to December 12, 2022.
2. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will Login to Pay with Maya on TikTok Shop upon checkout.
3. How to get 20% Cashback:
   1. Users who have yet to make their first-ever login to pay with Maya transaction on TikTok Shop are eligible for this reward.
   2. Minimum spend of ₱350.
   3. Qualified users are entitled to 20% cashback up to ₱100.
      1. For a spend of ₱350, a user will receive ₱70 cashback in Maya
      2. For a spend of ₱440, a user will receive ₱88 cashback in Maya
      3. For a spend of ₱500 & above, a user will receive ₱100 cashback in Maya
4. How to get 12% Cashback:
   1. Users who previously made a login to pay with Maya transaction on TikTok Shop are eligible for this reward.
   2. Minimum spend of ₱700.
   3. Qualified users are entitled to 12% cashback up to ₱100.
      1. For a spend of ₱700, a user will receive ₱84 cashback in Maya
      2. For a spend of ₱785, a user will receive ₱94.2 cashback in Maya
      3. For a spend of ₱840 & above, a user will receive ₱100 cashback in Maya
5. Both rewards can be only redeemed once. Each user is entitled to either 20% or 12% cashback for the whole promo period. After which, succeeding payments on TikTok Shop will no longer be rewarded.
6. Each Maya payment must be validated or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
7. Users will receive a push notification or SMS once the reward is successfully credited.
8. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to thirty (30) business days after the promo period.
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app
   2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”.
   5. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.

How to Login to Pay or Checkout with Maya on TikTok Shop to avail of the promo:

1. Open your TikTok app
2. Add items from TikTok Shop to your cart
3. Checkout and select “Maya” as your payment method
4. Tap Place Order to proceed
5. Just Login to Pay with Maya and you’re done!

General Terms and Conditions

1. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
2. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
3. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos
4. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
5. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
6. Those who are found out to be abusing the Maya system that are proven to be committing fraudulent acts are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
7. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a proven fraudulent customer activity that requires further investigation.
8. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
9. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
10. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts
11. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
