1. Promo runs on September 9, 2022 from 12:00AM – 1:00 AM and 12:00PM – 1:00PM only.
2. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accountholders only who will transact during the promo period from 12:00AM – 1:00 AM and 12:00PM – 1:00PM only.
3. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

   GET 9% CASHBACK ON LAZADA GIFT CARDS ON SHOP

   1. Users earn a 9% cashback voucher when they purchase any Lazada gift card on Shop.
   2. Each user can redeem up to one (1) time during the entire promo period.

   GET ADDITIONAL 15% CASHBACK ON ON P300 SMART OR TNT REGULAR LOAD

   1. This promo is the ongoing Smart Dobol Dobol promo (http://mayaph.co/YURyLzI4)
   2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who will buy or send load via Maya Shop to Smart & TNT Subscribers.
   3. Maya Account holders who will buy or send Regular P300 for Smart or TNT will get an additional cashback of 15%.
   4. Regular P300 Smart or TNT load = P45 voucher
   5. Users can avail this promo twice (2x) only during the whole promo duration.
   6. The following transactions will not be qualified from participating in the promo:
      1. Buying prepaid load from the other load sellers using your Maya Number
      2. Buying prepaid load from other load sellers using your Maya virtual or physical card
   7. The promo is open to Maya Basic and Upgraded users.
   8. Qualified users will receive an SMS confirming their Smart Dobol-Dobol cashback voucher in the Maya app.
   9. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity may be attended through the Smart hotline *888 from Monday to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Holidays.
   10. Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to SMART and Maya regarding the raffle entries earned.  All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
5. To redeem a cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
6. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
8. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
11. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
13. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
15. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
