Get a chance to win 100,000 Mabuhay Miles when you book using your card!

Promo Mechanics:  

1. Promo runs from March 9 to 31, 2020. 
2. Promo is available to all flight bookings paid/purchased using any Visa, Mastercard and JCB Credit, Debit or Prepaid cards. 
3. Only fully paid bookings made via PAL mobile site or mobile app will be qualified for a raffle entry. A mobile site is defined as a website designed for small screens of smartphones. 
4. All successful booking/purchase named after a passenger will earn one (1) raffle entry. Passengers with bookings completed and paid through a PayMaya Visa or Mastercard  will earn two (2) raffle entries.  Participants will be updated of their raffle entry via email.
5. Ten (10) winners/passengers will be selected through an e-raffle (random.org) and each will be awarded of 100,000 Mabuhay Miles after the promo period.
6. The draw will be on April 14, 2020 at 2PM at the 3F Mezzanine PNB Financial Center,Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, CCP Complex, Pasay City  to determine the winner in the presence of a DTI-FTEB representative.
7. The winners will be informed via email and/or via phone call. A PAL representative will notify the winners to verify transaction.
8. To claim the prize, the winners must fill-out the Quick Claim Form sent by PAL via email and send back to PAL within 60 days upon date of notification email.
9. The 100,000 Mabuhay Miles will be credited to each winner’s active Mabuhay Miles account within 7 business days after submission of the Quick Claim Form. The Mabuhay Miles account must be active and the account name must be for the same winning passenger. A passenger can only win once.
10. Once the 100,000 Mabuhay Miles are credited, the Mabuhay Miles Terms & Conditions shall apply.
11. In case the winner doesn’t have a Mabuhay Miles account, he/she needs to create one and be verified by PAL prior awarding of the prize.
12. The prize in non-transferrable and not convertible to cash and cannot be credited to other Mabuhay Miles account other than the account of the winning passenger.
13. The winner must agree to have his/her photos and videos taken as part of the material that will be produced regarding the promo.
14. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winning with concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
15. With prior approval of DTI-FTEB, Philippine Airlines and PayMaya Philippines reserve the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to create an active Mabuhay Miles account to claim the prize within 60 days upon notice.
16. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the participant’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment etc., the decision of Philippine Airlines and PayMaya shall prevail with concurrence of DTI.
17. All regular and contractual employees of Philippine Airlines and PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
