Terms and Conditions
1. Coupon code PYMYPH – For a minimum spend of P2,500, get P500 off when booking hotels in the Philippines.
2. Coupon code PYMYWORLD – For a minimum spend of P3,000 get P600 off when booking hotels outside the Philippines.
3. Offer is available from September 25 – 29, 2019 only.
4. Valid for all stay period.
5. Valid for one time use of discount during the promotion period per coupon code. One coupon usage per device only per coupon code.
6. To avail, users must apply the promo code and use their PayMaya virtual or physical card upon checkout at the Traveloka app.
7. This promo can’t be combined with other promo codes.
8. This discount is valid for bookings done through Traveloka App only. Minimum version App to get discount is 2.15.0 (Android & iOS).
9. The coupon is not valid if Pay at the Hotel payment option is selected.
10. Valid for transactions in PHP only.
11. Discount coupon is valid for all room types and hotels, depending on each hotel’s policy.
12. The discounts are not exchangeable for cash.
13. Refund is calculated according to the total paid amount after the discount, not the initial price.
14. Traveloka and PayMaya, with concurrence of DTI, reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions, at any time, with notice given on the promo page misuse of promotion is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of the promotion was in error, fraudulent or done for commercial gain.
15. PayMaya reserves the right to charge the discount to the card should the purchase of the cardholder be found to be fraudulent.
16. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Traveloka.
17. Traveloka will not be liable to offer a replacement for discounts or promo codes that are discontinued, cancelled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
18. Traveloka reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

20. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
21. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.  
22. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
23. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received it.  
24. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.

26. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.  
27. Should the qualified purchase be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer or merchant initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled purchase, even if the rewards or prizes have been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.  
28. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits many not receive their prize on time. The prize can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
