   • Maya consumer accounts who will Checkout with Maya (Login to Pay online) on ZALORA via web or app checkout page.
   • All ZALORA customers with a registered Zalora account who will successfully purchase using Maya as the payment method.
3. Minimum spend required to qualify is ₱3,000
4. Users are required to enter the promo/voucher code, PAYWITHMAYA, in order to qualify for the reward.
5. For the first qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, users will receive a direct discount amounting to 40% OFF (up to ₱1,500).
6. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum discount of ₱1,500 – promo can be only availed once.
7. Users will receive a notification of the voucher redemption via SMS.
8. Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that the payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided on ZALORA’s end.

10. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
11. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.

13. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
14. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
15. Those who are found out to be abusing the Maya system that are proven to be committing fraudulent acts are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
16. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a proven fraudulent customer activity that requires further investigation.If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts
19. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
20. ZALORA Philippines reserves the right, in concurrence with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), to reject a participant if he / she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in these promo mechanics.
