1. Promo period is from September 1 to December 31, 2022.
2. Promo is open to Maya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads:

3. Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads within a given month are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month.
4. Qualified users who will do ANY of the following transactions will receive a P20 reward.

   Send money to another Maya user	PHP 50
   Pay a bill via the Maya app	PHP 100

5. A qualified user is only eligible for the P20 reward for a maximum of ONCE per month during the promo period.
6. Sending money via Smart Padala to a Maya user (Consumer account) is not eligible for the reward.
7. Buying load for oneself is eligible for a cashback. Gifting of load (a Maya user buying load for someone else) is not a valid transaction and is not eligible for the reward.
8. Bill payments to billers under the “Donations” and “Others” categories in the Maya app are not eligible for the reward.
9. Receiving money from other Maya users via the “Send Money” feature is not a valid Cash In transaction and is not eligible for the reward.
10. QR payments made to Maya Negosyo merchants are not qualified for the promo.
11. The reward shall be awarded via a P20 cashback voucher. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
12. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher any time after a valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
13. For Bills Payment and Online Shopping (using a Maya virtual or physical card) transactions, the cashback shall be awarded to the user once the transaction has been confirmed and posted by the biller or online merchant.
14. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
15. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
16. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
17. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
18. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or are suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
19. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
20. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
21. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
