Get ₱1, ₱10 or ₱100 cashback when you pay with Maya

1. Promo period is from February 9 - 28, 2023
2. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will Pay with Maya:
   1. Checkout with Maya (Login to Pay) online at our partner merchants and stores via web checkout page.
   2. Scan to Pay QR with Maya at our partner online & retail merchants.
   3. Pay with Maya Card (Virtual or Physical VISA/Mastercard) when you shop online or in retail.
3. Minimum spend required to qualify are as follows:
   1. Pay with Maya Number: ₱200 per transaction; or
   2. Pay with Maya QR: ₱200 per transaction; or
   3. Pay with Maya Card: ₱1,000 per transaction.
4. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, users will receive cashback amounting to one of the following:
   1. ₱1 cashback in Maya; or
   2. ₱10 cashback in Maya; or
   3. ₱100 cashback in Maya.
5. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum of ₱100 cashback each month.
6. Users may qualify for the reward multiple times, as long as the maximum cashback reward amounting to ₱100 each month has not been met. After which, succeeding transactions in the same period will no longer be rewarded.
7. Users will receive a notification of the voucher redemption via SMS.
8. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
   1. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   2. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   3. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   4. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   5. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
9. Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
10. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.

General:

11. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
12. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
13. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
14. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
15. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
16. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
17. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos
18. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
19. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
20. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.
21. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
22. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
23. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
24. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
