1. Promo period is from March 13, 2023, at 12:00 AM (PH time) until May 13, 2023, at 11:59 PM (PH Time).
2. This promo is open to all TINBO and Maya Customers who will purchase TINBO products and pay with Maya upon checkout.
3. How to get ₱3 cashback:
   1. Choose any TINBO product/s worth at least ₱300
   2. For every qualified transaction with increments of ₱300, users will receive ₱3:
      1. For a spend of ₱300- ₱599, a user will receive ₱3 cashback in Maya
      2. For a spend of ₱650, a user will receive ₱6 cashback in Maya
      3. For a spend of ₱1580, a user will receive ₱15 cashback in Maya
4. The cashback can be availed multiple times. An additional ₱3 cashback will be awarded to the user for every accumulated spend of ₱300 based on the total transaction amount.
5. Qualified users may receive their cashback in Maya any time after their valid transaction to up to fifteen (15) business days after the promo period.
6. Users will receive a push notification or SMS once the reward is successfully credited.
7. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app
   2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   5. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
8. How to Login to Pay or Checkout with Maya on TINBO to avail of the promo
   1. Open your Tinbo app or tinbo.ph website.
   2. Select the product/s you want to purchase.
   3. Tap “Pay Now” and select “Maya” as your payment method
   4. Tap "Continue” to proceed
   5. Just Login to Pay with Maya and you’re done!

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Open to all TINBO and Maya users OUTSIDE PH.
2. Cashback will be rewarded only after every successful transaction/payment via Maya.
3. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
4. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
5. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos
6. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
7. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
8. Those who are found out to be abusing the Maya system that are proven to be committing fraudulent acts are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
9. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a proven fraudulent customer activity that requires further investigation.
10. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
11. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
12. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts
13. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
