1. Promo runs from May 14-June 5, 2022.
2. This promo is open to all Maya upgraded users (consumer accounts only) who reside in the Philippines, and who will purchase at least 570 MLBB diamonds from Shop worth PHP 475. Qualified MLBB products are as follows:

3. Users can get a PHP 95 cashback voucher which they can use to buy additional MLBB pins on Shop.
4. Users can only earn a maximum of PHP 95 and can only earn the reward once for the duration of the whole promo.
5. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction.

6. Qualified users may receive their rewards up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
7. For the redemption of the cashback voucher reward, please follow these steps:
   1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
8. Unclaimed or unused rewards will expire within 30 days from receipt.
9. Existing PayMaya users along with those with merchant accounts and under PayMaya Negosyo
10. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
11. Purchases and payments made via the Maya virtual or physical card are NOT included in this promo and will not earn the additional reward.
12. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
13. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
14. Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards from invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
15. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited.
16. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
17. Maya users with merchant and negosyo accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback or rewards on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
19. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
