II. Promo Mechanics:

1. This MetroMart promo will run from April 13 - May 13, 2022
2. Promo is applicable to NEW METROMART USERS who will register and shop during the promo period.
3. The Promo is open to all PAYMAYA Physical & Virtual cardholders who will pay using their e-wallet
4. To avail of the promo, customers must meet the minimum transaction upon checkout:
   • P3,000 and use the promo code: MMMAYA300
   • P2,000 and use the promo code: MMMAYA200
   • P1,000 and use the promo code: MMMAYA100
5. The promo code voucher are valid for one-time use only
6. The promo code voucher cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount that requires a voucher code.

9. Promo is not convertible to cash, cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, in-store sale, or membership/loyalty program (if applicable) of MetroMart
10. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the account holder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., the decision of PAYMAYA and MetroMart shall prevail.
