4. Qualified users who will do the following transactions will earn raffle entry/ies. A user may only earn up to a total of two (2) raffle entries for the entire promo duration.

6. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification upon successfully earning a raffle entry.
7. 1 weekly winner will be drawn via electronic raffle. The raffle draws will take place in the presence of Maya and a DTI representative and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
8. A qualified user may only win a prize ONCE during the promo period.
9. Transactions made via Maya QR or QR PH are not qualified for the promo.
10. Pay with Maya online payments made to Donation Billers and E-Sabong merchants are not qualified for the promo.
11. Prizes are non-transferable.
12. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
13. Maya will notify the winners through their registered mail and call and SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through SMS, call, or mail.
14. Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
15. With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
16. Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Winners agree that Maya’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Maya.
17. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
18. Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page. The promo winners will be announced anytime from date of the weekly raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after said the draw.
19. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
20. For the iPhone 13 Pro Max prize, Maya will manage the prize delivery and shoulder courier fees for all winners.
21. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
22. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
23. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
24. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
25. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
26. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
