6. Qualified raffle entries can get a chance to win either of the following prizes:
   1. 11 winners of 2 tickets each to Pinoy Big Brother Big Night or
   2. 11 winners of exclusive Maya merchandise
7. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Maya.
8. The raffle draw, which will be with the participation of a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through Maya’s social media account/s will be on October 23, 2024.
9. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Maya.
10. Prizes are non-convertible to cash. It is prohibited to change the nature of the prize nor receive it in any other form. Thus, a new winner will be drawn to participate in the event.
11. All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
12. The names (first name and first letter of their last name) of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
13. The customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
14. Our representative will contact the winners on how they can claim the prize.
15. To claim the prize, winners must present 2 valid IDs and send the signed liability form.
16. On ticket prize for Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 Big Night, prizes should be claimed on October 26, 2024 from 5:00PM to 9:30PM at the ABS-CBN Building (ELJ Communication Center). If requirements and liability form are not submitted by October 25 (12NN), prize shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
17. On merchandise prize, these should be claimed within (60) days from the receipt of registered notice at Maya Philippines (7^th Floor Launchpad Building, Sheridan, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila). Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
18. All employees of Pinoy Big Brother and Maya and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business (formerly Maya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
2. Should the qualified transaction be canceled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya and PBB reserves the right to withdraw the cashback equivalent to the canceled payment transaction, even if the cashback value has already been credited. Maya and PBB reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
3. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo within 30 business days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final.
