1. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accountholders only who will transact during the promo period from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
2. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

PAY A PLDT BILL, GET UP TO P500 CASHBACK

1. This promo is the ongoing PLDT Sure Win Promo (http://mayaph.co/Zkl0dnJ4)
2. Promo will run from February 6 – March 31, 2023. Extended until April 30, 2023 as approved by DTI.
3. The promo is open to PLDT Home subscribers of plans Plans 999 and up.
4. This promo is open to new and existing Maya users who will pay the full amount of their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app.
5. During the promo period, eligible users can receive the following rewards:
   1. New User Reward: Up to PHP500 CASHBACK
      1. New user reward applies to all Maya app users who have not made any PLDT Home bill payment on Maya app prior the promo start date.
      2. PLDT Home subscribers of Plans 999 and up are entitled to get either P50, P100, OR P500 cashback when they pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app for the first time.
      3. To be eligible for the cashback, users must pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app in full and on time.

   2. Returning User Reward: Up to PHP200 CASHBACK
      1. Returning user refers to all Maya app users who have made at least one PLDT Home bill payment on Maya app prior the promo start date.
      2. PLDT Home subscribers of Plans 999 and up are entitled to get either P5, P40, OR P200 when they pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app.
      3. To be eligible for the cashback, users must pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app in full and on time.
      4. After paying their PLDT Home bill in full and on time, qualified users will receive either P5, P40, or P200 cashback reward via their Maya account up to 14 business days after the end of promo period.

1. This promo is the ongoing ₱1/₱10/₱100 Maya QR promo (http://mayaph.co/ZElzTFds)
2. Promo period is from March 15 – June 30, 2023
3. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will Pay with Maya:
   1. Scan to Pay QR with Mayaat our partner online & retail merchants.
4. Minimum spend of P100 max. P100 cashback
5. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, users will receive cashbackamounting to one of the following:
   1. ₱1 cashback in Maya; or
   2. ₱10 cashback in Maya; or
   3. ₱100 cashback in Maya.
6. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum of ₱100 cashback each month.
7. Users may qualify for the reward multiple times, as long as the maximum cashback reward amounting to ₱100 each month has not been met. After which, succeeding transactions in the same period will no longer be rewarded.
8. Users will receive a notification of the voucher redemption via SMS.
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.

10. Unused rewards will expire / clawed back within sixty (60) days upon receipt.
11. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
12. Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
13. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
14. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
15. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
16. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
17. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
18. Pay with Maya QR to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
19. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.

4. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
5. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.

11. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
12. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
14. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
15. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
16. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
