This promo is open to all new and existing PayMaya users who will pay the full amount of PLDT Home bill on PayMaya app. Promo will run from February 11 to April 30, 2022, promo duration changed until April 30, 2022, as approved by DTI FTEB
PLDT subscribers pay their PLDT Home bill (in full amount, min. of Php 999, max of Php4,099) on PayMaya app.
Customer will be notified via SMS that they are eligible for the raffle draw, as well as the number of entries they received.

Raffle draw will be held every Monday to draw winners for Monday to Sunday of the previous week.

Winners will be notified via SMS.
Winners receive 99% cashback on their bill (credit to wallet).
Winners will receive their cashback any time within fourteen (14) business days after the raffle draw.
Employees of PLDT and PayMaya including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.
PayMaya to publish names of weekly winners on select social media channels.
Raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative
Control Measures:
1. Eligible subscribers can only win once within the entire promo duration.
2. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single bill that is split into multiple bill payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
3. Reward is capped at 99% of the highest PLDT Home plan (i.e. 4,058 for the highest plan of P 4,099)
4. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. gaming, abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
