During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

This promo is the ongoing Boost your interest to 6% with Maya Savings when you pay with Maya (http://maya.ph/6percentboost)
Promo runs from December 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023, extended until February 28, 2023.
This promo is open to all new and existing Maya Savings accountholders who will accumulate P250 worth of total spend on ANY of the following transactions done on the Maya Wallet within the promo period:
1. Pay via QR
2. Buy Airtime Load
3. Pay a bill in the app
4. Pay via Mobile Number
5. Pay with your Maya Card

All Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 4.5% p.a. on balances up to P5M. Accountholders who will successfully accumulate P250 on ANY of the above-mentioned transactions will get to enjoy up to 6% interest per annum (p.a.) (4.5% base rate + 1.5% boosted interest) on up to P100,000 end-of-day deposit balance on his/her Maya Savings for 30 days or until January 31, 2023, whichever comes first.

If a Maya Savings accountholder did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 4.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her Maya Savings account.
Example:

1^stqualified transaction = P200

2^nd qualified transaction = P250

Total Accumulated Spend = P450, user qualifies and gets 1.5% int p.a. over the base rate of 4.5% (6% p.a. in effect)

Any amount in excess of the required P250 worth of spend will not be carried over to the next cycle. Once 6% interest p.a. takes effect, the new spend accumulation cycle will start from zero.
In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified accumulated transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact at least P250 worth of qualified transactions again to qualify for the promo.

After completing ANY of the foregoing transactions, a total of 6% interest p.a. will be applied to the accountholder's Maya Savings account daily for 30 days on the same day of his/her successful transaction. A qualified accountholder can keep extending the 6% interest p.a. promo rate for another 30 days until February 28, 2023 anytime a user completes another transaction. Please see below sample scenarios for reference

Scenario 1: Accountholder qualifies once every 30 days
Scenario 2 Accountholder qualifies on Day 1 and Day 15, user gets additional 15 days, for a total of 45 days (30+15 days)
Scenario 3: Accountholder qualifies on Day 1 and Day 15, user gets additional 15 days, for a total of 45 days (30+15 days)
Scenario 4: Accountholder qualifies on Dec 1 and Jan 15, and did not qualify between Dec 31 to Jan 14
Scenario 5: Accountholder qualified on Feb 26, will he/she get 6% interest for 30 days starting Feb 26? He/she will get 6% interest for 3 days up to Feb 28.

Accountholder will see on the Savings dashboard his/her qualification duration for 6% p.a. interest rate for Maya Savings
Your 6% interest p.a. will be reflected on your transaction history the next day as
1. Base interest rate: 4.5% interest p.a. (from 12:00AM to 09:59AM, PH time) under "Interest" section of your Savings transaction history
  1. Interest earned
  2. Tax withheld
2. Boosted interest rate: 1.5% interest p.a. (10:00AM to 11:59PM, PH time) under "Deposits" section of your Savings transaction history
  1. Bonus Interest earned

  3. Note: Users who have an active boost until Jan. 31, 2023 will receive their final boosted interest of 1.5% on Mar. 1, 2023.

Bills pay transactions made at the following billers are excluded from the promo:

QR transactions made at the following merchants are excluded from the promo:
1. Maya Business App (formerly called PayMaya Negosyo) merchants

Promo participants must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this promo. Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

The promo will run December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Promo extended until January 15, 2023 as approved by DTI FTEB.
The following are the qualified promo joiners who will do the following transactions:
1. Existing upgraded Maya users with regular consumer accounts who have sent or received money in the past 9 months OR have never sent or received money within the app

Promo period is from January 1-31, 2023.
This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will Pay with Maya:
1. Login to pay with your Maya Number online at our partner merchants and stores via web checkout page.
2. Scan to Pay QR with Mayaat our partner online & retail merchants.
3. Pay with Maya Card(Virtual or Physical VISA/Mastercard) when you shop online or in retail.
Minimum spend required to qualify are as follows:
1. Pay with Maya Number: P100 per transaction; or
2. Pay with Maya QR: P100 per transaction; or
3. Pay with Maya Card: P800 per transaction.
This promo is applicable to Maya consumer accountholders who are currently residing in the Philippines and have valid and unique upgraded Maya accounts.
Each qualified and verified Maya payment (Number, Card or QR) corresponds to guaranteed rewards in the form of Bitcoin (“Free Bitcoin”) or cashback.
Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
Prior to the start of the next calendar month, Maya users will be given an option to choose between Free Bitcoin or cashback rewards when they open their Maya app.
1. If a user decides to select FREE Bitcoin, he/she will receive this reward type for the whole duration of the succeeding month.

On the Free Bitcoin reward option:

2. Users who have bought or sold crypto in Maya on or before December 26, 2022 are entitled to Free Bitcoin as the default reward option throughout the given month.
3. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum of PHP200 worth of their purchase/s back in BTC each month.
4. Users will receive a push notification or SMS once the reward is successfully credited.
5. The value of BTC may change based on the current market prices after the reward is credited to the user’s Maya Crypto Portfolio due to volatility of BTC.
6. To view the Free Bitcoin rewards, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Maya app and tap ‘Crypto’
  2. Users will be prompted with a pop out of their reward/s
  3. All Free Bitcoin rewards are highlighted and reflected on the Crypto Transaction History screen.
  4. After tapping on a particular Free Bitcoin transaction, users can view the details of their reward (PHP equivalent, market rate at the time of conversion, etc.)
7. Users may qualify for the BTC reward multiple times, as long as the maximum Free Bitcoin rewards amounting to PHP200 each month has not been met. After which, succeeding transactions in the same period will no longer be rewarded.
8. Qualified users may receive their Free Bitcoin any time after their valid transaction to up to thirty (30) business days after the promo period (e.g upon settlement with merchant for Maya card payments, upon validation of payments within Maya’s system, Internet/Data Network provider delays, etc.)
On the cashback reward option:
1. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, users will receive cashback amounting to one of the following:
  1. 1% of the total qualified transaction in PHP
  2. 10% of the total qualified transaction in PHP
  3. 100% of the total qualified transaction in PHP
2. Users who have not bought or sold crypto in Maya are entitled to cashback as the default reward option throughout the given month.
3. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum of PHP200 cashback each month.
4. Users will receive a notification of the voucher redemption via SMS.
5. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
  3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
  4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”.

6. Users may qualify for the reward multiple times, as long as the maximum cashback rewards amounting to PHP200 each month has not been met. After which, succeeding transactions in the same period will no longer be rewarded.
7. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to thirty (30) business days after the promo period.
General:
1. Users are entitled to one type of reward only, either Free Bitcoin or cashback, in a given month. (e.g for any qualified payment, users can only receive one reward type and are unable to receive both rewards simultaneously)
2. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
3. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
4. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
5. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
6. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
7. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos

General Terms and Conditions

This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or transactions cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
Should the qualified spend transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
