Get P25 cashback on your first toll reload on Maya

1. Promo will run from June 6-9, 2023.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who have never made a Toll (Easytrip or Autosweep) reload transaction on the Maya app as of the promo start date.
3. This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines and will transact using the Maya app.
4. Qualified users will be eligible for a P25 cashback reward upon successfully completing their first toll reload transaction worth at least P1,000 via the Bills Pay feature on the Maya app.
   To redeem the reward voucher, please follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
5. Qualified users can avail of the P25 cashback offer only once during the promo run. The maximum limit is set for the toll category, and not per unique biller.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

6. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the cashback reward.
7. Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
8. Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
10. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
11. Refunded transactions made through Maya will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
12. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of Maya.
13. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse the rewarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
16. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
17. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with the concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.
