1. The promo will run from July 1-31, 2022
2. The promo is open to existing Maya users (with consumer accounts only) who have registered for a Maya account as of June 30, 2022, and will pay their first Pag-IBIG, SSS, or NHMFC bill using Maya
3. Qualified users will receive P50 cashback when they pay a unique Pag-IBIG, SSS, or NHMFC bill using Maya for the first time ever. Qualified users can get another P50 when they pay another unique Pag-IBIG, SSS, or NHMFC bill after their first transaction within the indicated promo period
4. Only those transactions made via Maya’s in-app bills payment feature will be qualified for the promo. The following transactions will not be qualified for the promo reward:
   1. Online payment through the partner’s website using the user’s Maya-linked mobile number
   2. Online payment through the partner’s website using the Maya physical or virtual card
5. The maximum reward per transaction is P50. The maximum reward for the promo duration is P100.
6. The minimum spend required for the promo is P1,000.
7. Qualified users will receive their reward as a redeemable cashback voucher inside the Maya app.
8. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
11. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback and disqualification from winning the raffle.
12. This promotion will only cover billers that do not have any other offers running to avoid overlapping of rewards. Joiners of other Maya bills payment promos will not be eligible for the raffle or cashback.
13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
16. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
17. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
18. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
19. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
20. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
21. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

23. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya (PayMaya Philippines Inc) of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
24. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
