A. General Mechanics

1. The promo period is from Sep. 1-30, 2022
2. This promo is open to all Maya customers, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines and will transact using the Maya app.                                  
3. Users can participate in this promo and:
   1. Get a chance to be one of the 50 Maya users to only pay ₱1 for their bill and have the rest of the bill amount refunded to their Maya Account, capped at ₱5,000. Both new and returning bills pay users can earn raffle entries per successful transaction subject to verification if the transactions are valid.
   2. An additional ₱50 cashback reward will be given to new Maya bills payors during the promo period, for payment worth at least ₱1,000. This reward is open to all Maya users who have registered before or on September 1, 2022, who have never paid a bill using Maya.
4. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted within the indicated promo duration before the user is credited with the reward and qualified for the raffle.
5. Bills payment and donations made for specific categories and businesses listed below are not qualified for this promo:
   1. All billers under “Donations” category
   2. All billers under “Payments Solution” category
   3. COL Financial
6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
8. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback and disqualification from winning the raffle.
9. This promotion will only cover billers that do not have any other offers running to avoid overlapping of rewards. Joiners of other Maya bills payment promos will not be eligible for the raffle or cashback.
10. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain a spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
11. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.  Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
12. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.   Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
14. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with the concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph
15. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.

B. For the ₱1 Raffle

16. The raffle promo will cover bills payments from Sep. 1 to 30, 2022.
17. Users can participate in this promo and get a chance to be one of the 50 Maya users to only pay ₱1 for their bill and have the rest of the bill amount refunded to their Maya Account, capped at ₱5,000.
18. The promo is open to new and existing Maya users (consumer accounts only) who paid bills of at least ₱1,000 per unique transaction starting September 1.
19. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn raffle entries for every single unique bills payment transaction made using the Pay Bills feature of Maya
20. A user can earn one raffle entry for every qualified transaction for a chance to be one of the 50 Maya users to only pay ₱1 for their bill and have the rest of the bill amount refunded directly to their Maya wallet, capped at ₱5,000.
21. The deadline for earning raffle entries is Sep. 30, 2022, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time
22. The winners will be drawn on October 5, 2022, 1 PM, via Microsoft Teams in the presence of a DTI representative.
23. The announcement of raffle winners will be announced anytime within fourteen (14) business days after the official raffle draws on Maya’s official Facebook page.
24. Prizes will be credited directly to the Maya wallet of the winners within 14 days from the official announcement. The prizes are non-expiring.
25. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by PayMaya Philippines Inc.
26. The prizes are convertible to cash and transferrable because these will be credited to the total balance of the winner’s Maya wallet which allows him or her to do any kind of transaction right after.
27. The winners will be notified via registered mail, email, SMS, and phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. Maya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya’s Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.  Maya's Privacy Policy can be found inhttps://www.maya.ph/privacy.
28. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
29. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner shall get the prize with a higher value.
30. The prizes of winners will be credited directly to their Maya account.
31. All winners have to send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph before their prize will be credited to their Maya account. Redemption period is 60 days upon receipt of notification from PayMaya Philippines, Inc.
32. Winners will be given sixty (60) days to redeem their prize upon being notified of their winnings. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited in favor of Maya with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
33. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
34. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
35. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user will be qualified for one raffle entry.

C. For the ₱50 Cashback

36. Users who are paying bills for the first time using the Maya app can earn an additional ₱50 cashback reward for payment worth at least ₱1,000. This reward is open to all Maya users who have registered before or on Sep. 30, 2022, who have never paid a bill using Maya.
37. Splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions will not be counted as unique and valid transactions.
38. Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app.

    To redeem the reward voucher, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
39. Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
40. Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 30 days upon receipt.
41. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the cashback reward.
