Join the PLDT Home Rewards Grand Giveaway to win P100,000 Maya Credits and more!

1. Promo will run from September 01 to December 31, 2022.
2. Enroll your PLDT account to the PLDT Home Rewards Program and start earning Crystals and raffle entries together with your account transactions.
3. You will only be qualified to start earning raffle entries upon successful and confirmed registration to the PLDT Home Rewards program. You will earn 1 raffle entry for every five (5) Crystals that you earn in the Rewards program.
4. Subscribers who pay their PLDT Bills in full and on time via Maya will receive ten (10) Crystals or two (2) raffle entries per bill paid. Earn more Crystals by doing other PLDT Home transactions. For more info on how to earn Crystals, visit https://pldthome.com/grand-giveaway/mechanics.
5. Program members with at least five (5) Crystals earned for the month will have a chance to win in all the monthly raffle draws, while all raffle entries from the full year can win in the grand draw.
   1. Earned raffle entries will be accumulated and qualified for the Monthly Draw.
   2. All non-winning raffle entries earned previously will be included in the current monthly draw.
   3. All non-winning raffle entries earned from the beginning of the promo period until the end of the promo period will be accumulated and qualified for the GRAND DRAW.
   4. If a subscriber is drawn more than once during the same raffle period, the registered subscriber shall get the prize of higher value.
   5. Winners must have a current and active PLDT postpaid account, with no outstanding balance to claim their raffle
6. Raffle entries from program members will be drawn monthly from September to November 2022. While the grand draw is slated on January 13, 2022, which constitutes all entries from September to December. 2022.
7. Program members may review the amount of his/her valid raffle entries by logging into his/her PLDT Home Rewards account via the MVP Rewards platforms.
8. Announcement of winners will be posted in PLDT's website and official social media platforms; winners will be notified via call-out, email and registered mail.
9. Employees of PLDT Inc, and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
10. Qualified entries shall be extracted on draw dates in the tables Marketing and DTI representative shall draw the winners as scheduled via MSTeams (online):

12. For Tax Settlement of Prizes : 20% Tax for all prizes above P10,000 will be shouldered by PLDT.
13. Claiming of prizes will follow the same fulfillment process as in the PLDT Home Rewards & Maya Mega Giveaway. All employees of Philippines Long Distance Telephone inc., Smart Communications Inc., and MVP Rewards & Loyalty Solutions Inc., including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promotion.
14. PLDT Inc. reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to subscribers that are invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system of weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. For the Maya Credits Prize:
    1. Awarding of Maya credits will be pursuant to the existing policies and procedures of Maya to validate Maya account owners in good standing.
    2. All fees and charges relating to the use of the awarded Maya credits will be strictly on the winner's own account.
    3. Upon full crediting of the cash credits to the winner's Maya account, PLDT will not liable for the winners' purchases, transactions with any merchants, or usage of the same in any manner permitted by the ecosystem.
    4. The winner will receive their prize in 2 transactions of Php 50k.
    5. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user's account balance is once again within the allowable limits = P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
16. Raffle promo winners will be notified via registered mail, phone call and email. Name of winners will be announced either via email, messaging apps, social media, websile and digital platforms.
17. Voucher Codes must be claimed within 90 days from the receipt of notice, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of PLDT with prior approval from DTI.
18. Participants have up to 60 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes by emailing the official email support. All aspects of the promo alt deemed final after this cut-off
19. Prize will only be credited to the Maya account under the same raffle winner's name.
20. Prize is not exchangeable, nor transferable, and not convertible to cash.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

21. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only.
22. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted by Maya cannot participate in this promo.
23. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. gaming, abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
24. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts, even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of the promo.
25. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from the user’s balance if the user’s balance is insufficient.
26. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
27. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
