1. Promo runs on April 19, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM only
2. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accountholders only who will transact during the promo period from 5:00-8:00 PM only
3. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

   BILLS PAY – Aiqon, AUB, BDO, Chinabank, Citibank, EastWest Bank, HSBC, Maybank, PNB, Security Bank

   1. Users can earn a Php 400 cashback voucher when they cash in a minimum of P4,000 and they pay from 5:00-8:00PM a bill  worth at least P4,000 for one of the following credit card billers: Aiqon, AUB, BDO, Chinabank, Citibank, EastWest Bank, HSBC, Maybank, PNB, Security Bank
   2. The user can only receive the cashback up to 1x. The promo is applicable to one unique credit card account number per one Maya registered number.
   3. The Php P4,000 cash in must be done through Maya self cash in channels and not through the following:
      1. Receive Money from another Maya user via the Send Money feature
      2. Cash in via Negosyo
   4. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the cashback reward.
   5. The cashback voucher only applies to the following billers: Aiqon, AUB, BDO, Chinabank, Citibank, EastWest Bank, HSBC, Maybank, PNB, Security Bank

   P100 CASHBACK WHEN YOU PAY WITH MAYA AT MCDONALDS

   1. Users can earn a Php 100 cashback voucher when pay using their Maya-registered mobile number at Mcdonad’s for a minimum amount of Php 500.
   2. The user can only receive the cashback up to 1x.
   3. The following transactions are NOT included in this promo and will not earn a cashback voucher:   
      1. Online payments made via the Maya virtual or physical card 
      2. QR payments made via the Maya app 
      3. Bill payments      
      4. Purchase of prepaid load, gaming pins and treats via the Maya app or Maya in Messenger 
   4. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.  
4. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
5. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
6. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
8. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
11. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
14. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
15. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
