Pay a PLDT bill, get up to P500 cashback!

1. Promo runs from October 1-31, 2023, extended until December 31, 2023.
2. The promo is open to PLDT Home subscribers of plans Plans 999 and up.
3. This promo is open to new and existing Maya users who will pay the full amount of their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app.
4. During the promo period, eligible users can receive the following rewards:

1. New User Reward: Up to PHP500 CASHBACK
   1. New user reward applies to all Maya app users who have not made any PLDT Home bill payment on Maya app prior the promo start date.
   2. PLDT Home subscribers of Plans 999 and up are entitled to get either P10, P50, OR P500 cashback when they pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app for the first time.
   3. To be eligible for the cashback, users must pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app in full and on time.
   4. After paying their PLDT Home bill in full and on time, qualified users will receive either P10, P50, OR P500 cashback reward via their Maya account up to 14 business days after the end of promo period.
   5. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system. Before the approval of the promo, DTI representative will be invited to verify the electronic system to be used for the promo.
   6. Eligible users can only avail of the new user cashback reward once (1x) during the entire promo duration.
   7. The new user cashback reward is not “stackable” on top of the cashback reward promo offer for existing users. Meaning, users who were able to qualify for the new user reward are not eligible for the existing user reward on the same month.
2. Returning User Reward: Up to PHP100 CASHBACK
   1. Returning user refers to all Maya app users who have made at least one PLDT Home bill payment on Maya app since January 1, 2021 and will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS or Push Notification from Maya:
      Here's a reward just for you! Pay your PLDT bill again on Maya to get up to P100 cashback. T&Cs apply. DTIXXXXX.
   2. Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS or Push Notifications within the given time period are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month.
   3. PLDT Home subscribers of Plans 999 and up are entitled to get either P1, P10, or P100 when they pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app.
   4. To be eligible for the cashback, users must pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app in full and on time.
   5. After paying their PLDT Home bill in full and on time, qualified users will receive either P1, P10, or P100 cashback reward via their Maya account up to 14 business days after the end of promo period.
   6. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system. Before the approval of the promo, DTI representative will be invited to verify the electronic system to be used for the promo.
   7. Eligible users can avail of the returning user reward only once during the promo duration.
   8. All rewards from this promo will be on top of rewards users can receive from existing parallel promos by Maya or PLDT – unless otherwise stated, such as but not limited to:
      1. Joining Bonus for new Maya users and new PLDT payers
      2. Maya Savings 10% Interest
      3. Free Maya Card
      4. Free Cash In Offers

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

5. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only, registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts.
6. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
8. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted by Maya cannot participate in this promo.
9. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. gaming, abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
10. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts, even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of the promo.
11. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from the user’s balance if the user’s balance is insufficient.
12. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
13. Maya users with merchant accounts are disqualified from participating in this promo.
14. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
15. Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to Maya regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
