1. Smart customers will get a chance to be waitlisted for Maya Personal Loan when they enter the exclusive code from our Maya sales agents present in the following participating stores nationwide:
   1. SM Megamall
   2. SM Clark
   3. SM Cebu
   4. SM Sta Rosa
   5. BGC Experience Hub in World Plaza
   6. Abreeza Mall Davao
2. For Smart customers with existing Maya Personal Loan access, they may directly apply for Maya Personal Loan in the Maya app by following these steps:
   
   1. Go to the Loans dashboard and tap 'Apply Now'
   2.  Enter your desired loan amount and complete the application process
   3. Review your loan offer and tap 'Accept' if you're happy with the terms
3. Users need to enter the unique code in the Maya app Missions page. Once the code is entered successfully, Maya will process their information and will be screened for Maya Personal Loan eligibility.
4. All unused codes will be deactivated on February 29, 2024.
5. If eligible, the user will be able to access and avail of Maya Personal Loan. The approved loan amount varies per customer depending on user behavior and screening conditions.
6. To use Maya Personal Loan to pay for a new device, the eligible user must use his/her approved loan at one of the participating Smart stores.

3. I already have Maya Personal Loan. Can I still avail of this offer?
   This offer is open to Smart customers who do not yet have Maya Personal Loan. If you already have Maya Personal Loan and you enter the voucher code, there will be no change to your current maximum loan amount.
4. Can I have multiple loans?
   Only one loan at a time.
5. Can I give my promo code to a friend or family member?
   The mission code from the Maya sales agent is exclusively for your use.
