A user can earn unlimited raffle entries but may only win once.

In the event that a winner is drawn more than once, he/she will be given the higher reward.

Qualified users will receive updates on their raffle entries via SMS.
Claiming of Prizes:

Winners will be notified by authorized Maya personnel via SMS and/or phone call and registered mail along with a social media post on Maya’s official Facebook page.
Winners will also be given instructions on how to redeem their prize.
Winners should present the following documents when claiming their prizes:

Two (2) Valid IDs

Redemption period is within 60 days upon receipt of notification.
Prizes that are left unclaimed 60 days after receipt of notification letter will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines Inc. upon prior approval from the DTI.
Fuel credits are not convertible to cash but are transferable.
1 Year worth of Fuel can be claimed from Petron Corporation at (San Miguel Corp. Head Office Complex 40 San Miguel Avenue) 1550 Mandaluyong City.ong
Consolation prizes will be in the form of Maya credits and will be automatically credited to the winners’ registered Maya account.

Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
The winners must agree to have his/her photos/videos taken and name published as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo.
All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions or payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time.
The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
