Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from February 15 – March 15, 2022.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya consumer accounts who will scan to pay at the following the SM Store.
  3. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for every P1,000 spent at the SM Store.
  4. Customers can also get a cashback worth P200 when they complete an accumulated amount of P3,000 of the SM Store QR transactions within the promo period.
  5. Qualified users for the cashback promo will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transaction.
  6. Qualified users for the cashback promo will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app.
  7. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap the “Vouchers” on the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
  8. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid QR transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  9. Qualified users can avail of the cashback promo only once for the promo.
  10. Qualified users can receive a maximum of P200.00 for the cashback promo.
  11. For the raffle, a user can receive unlimited raffle entries, but may only win once.
  12. Participants will be notified of their raffle entries via SMS.
  13. There will be five (5) winners for the promo who will receive one (1) Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max each. The prize will come as follows:

  14. Raffle draw will be on March 23, 2022, in participation of a DTI representative. Winners will be announced on March 31 both on PayMaya and SM social media accounts.
  15. Winners will be notified by PayMaya via their PayMaya registered email address and mobile number. Winners should present the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes to PayMaya:
    1. Personal Information
    2. Valid ID
  16. Winners will be given maximum three (3) days to acknowledge. Failure to revert back to PayMaya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim and PayMaya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners.
  17. PayMaya will manage the prize delivery and shoulder courier fees for all winners.
  18. Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferable.
  19. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
  20. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
  21. With prior approval of DTI, PayMaya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
  22. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of PayMaya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
  23. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  24. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  25. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
  26. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  27. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  28. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  29. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  30. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  31. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time.
  32. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  33. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call (+632) 8845-7788 or email support@paymaya.com.
  34. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  35. All employees of PayMaya Philippines Inc., SM Mart, Inc., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promotion.
  36. Promo organizer’s decision is final without the concurrence of DTI.
