Enjoy PHP 50 cashback for a minimum spend of P500 when you pay with Maya

1. This promo is open to all Maya upgraded users (new and existing consumer accounts only) that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact at participating merchants’ establishments using Maya QR Ph transactions and/or via Maya Terminal or Pay with Maya via online purchases using their Maya-registered mobile number. Maya QR Ph transactions include payments from Maya wallet and other QR Ph participating banks and e-wallets.
2. The promo period is from July 8 to August 7, 2022.
3. Qualified users will receive a P50 cashback for a minimum spend of PhP 500.00 for dine-in, take-out, and iwantdimsum.com transactions in listed participating branches in ANNEX B under In-Store Promotion section. Not valid for transactions paid via cash, Maya Card, credit/debit card or other e-wallets.
4. Qualified users can redeem the discount up to 2x per channel during the promo duration.
5. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
6. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
7. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
8. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of getting multiple or higher discounts will NOT qualify.
9. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
11. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of discounts to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
12. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
13. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the discount equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the discount has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
17. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
