Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from June 10 to August 10, 2021.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya consumer accounts who will:
    1. Shop at The SM Store or SM using PayMaya QR, or
    2. Pay using their PayMaya-registered mobile numbers via SM Call to Deliver
  3. Qualified users will earn 1 raffle entry from either of the following types of transactions:
    1. Paying via PayMaya QR at the SM Store
    2. Shopping online and paying using his/her PayMaya mobile number via SM Call To Deliver
  4. The minimum spend required to qualify for this promo is a single receipt transaction of P2,000.
  5. A user can receive unlimited raffle entries, but may only win once.
  6. Qualified users will receive their raffle entry via SMS.
  7. Claiming of Prizes
    1. Winners will be notified by The SM Store via registered mail or with their PayMaya registered email address and mobile number. They will be given instructions on how they may claim their prizes
    2. Winners should present the following documents when claiming their prizes
      1. Winner’s Notification letter
      2. TIN ID
      3. Two (2) Valid IDs (with Photo and signature)
      4. PayMaya account
    3. Redemption period is until 60 days upon receipt of notification letter
    4. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification letter will be forfeioted in favor of The SM Store without prior approval from DTI.
    5. Prizes to be given are Maximus Mini Cooler (Black)
    6. Prize is not convertible to cash but is transferrable.
  8. Announcement of Winners
    1. Announcement of winners will be done at all The SM Store branches. Winners’ names will be displayed on Customer Information counters and The SM Store’s, and PayMaya’s social media accounts.
  9. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
  10. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
  11. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
  12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  14. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  15. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  16. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  17. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time.
  18. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  19. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call (+632) 8845-7788 or email support@paymaya.com.
  20. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  21. All employees of PayMaya Philippines Inc., SM Mart, Inc., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promotion.
  22. Promo organizer’s decision is final without the concurrence of DTI.
