  1. Promo runs from September 1 – 30, 2023
  2. This promo is open to all new and existing upgraded Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will spend a minimum of P2,000 at any SM Store using scan to pay Maya QR within the promo duration.
  3. SM shoppers will earn one (1) raffle entry per eligible transaction.
  4. Over five hundred (500) winners will get a chance to win P1,000, P3,000, or P5,000 to be credited to their Maya Wallet.
  5. A Maya user can only win once during the promo.
  6. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of getting multiple or higher cashback will NOT qualify.
  7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  8. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transaction.
  9. Qualified users will receive and redeem their reward/voucher in the Maya app.
  10. To redeem the voucher, user must follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
    5. Receive notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in the Maya wallet account balance.
  11. Qualified users will receive their voucher any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  12. Unused rewards will expire / clawed back within thirty (60) days upon receipt.
  13. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within thirty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
  14. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
  15. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of SM and/or Maya.
  16. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited.
  18. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from user’s balance. If user’s balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when user’s balance is sufficient.
  19. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  20. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or the participant is blacklisted.
  21. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts
  22. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.   23. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least one (1) meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
  24. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
