1. Promo period is from November 12 to December 11, 2021.
2. This promo is open to all customers paying with Maya QR, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and debit cards (BancNet) at participating stores (see annex).
3. Qualified customers can enjoy the following discounts which will be applied upon payment/checkout.
   • 15%* for a minimum spend of Php1,500 using Maya QR
   • 10%* for a minimum spend of Php1,500 using any credit or debit card
     *Discount capped at Php500

4. Promo is valid only to transactions processed via Maya QR static and/or Maya One or Maya One Lite device.
5. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
6. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos (discounts, discounted items, and fixed price items unless specified).
7. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of getting multiple or higher discounts will NOT qualify.
8. For Maya QR payments, promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
9. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
10. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner merchant.

12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
