Get your service fee back on your LRT-1 ride! 

1. The promo will run from October 1 - 31, 2023,
2. The promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who will purchase their LRT-1 ticket using the Maya app. The minimum ticket purchase requirement is at least PHP14.00.
3. Qualified users will get PHP2 cashback on their Service Fee when they purchase for LRT-1 ticket.
4. Only those transactions made via Maya’s in-app bills payment feature and Log-in to Pay online payment through the partner’s website will be qualified for the promo.
5. Qualified users will receive a convenience fee as a cashback voucher for every purchase of LRT-1 ticket worth at least PHP14.00.
6. Maximum cashback total amount of Php 18.00 for the entire promo duration.
7. Qualified users will receive their reward as a redeemable cashback voucher inside the Maya app.
8. To redeem the biller convenience fee cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Scroll down and tap ‘Vouchers’ in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under ‘Available’ and tap ‘Claim’
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap ‘Claim Now’
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
11. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback
12. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of Maya.
13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
16. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
18. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
19. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

21. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher
