Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from July 15, 2020 to September 15, 2020. Promo is EXTENDED until September 30, 2020, as approved by DTI-FTEB.
2. This promo is open to all PayMaya users, specifically professional riders/driver partners, who will scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR at any partner merchant.
3. Every purchase of at least PHP 200 via PayMaya QR will entitle the user to earn one raffle entry for a chance to win one of the following:
   
   1. Grand Prize:
      
      1. A brand new Honda ADV 150 motorcycle – for PayMaya users who are professional rider / driver partners currently working for an on-demand delivery service provider like Grab, Foodpanda, Lalamove, and Angkas. (Note: Winner must provide a certified true copy of his/her proof of employment.)
      2. PHP30,000 PayMaya credits - for PayMaya users who do not fall under the category stated in 3.A.
   2. Minor Prize:
      
      1. PHP10,000 PayMaya credits
4. Deadline of earning raffle entries is on September 30, 2020, 11:59PM.
5. One (1) winner of a brand new Honda ADV 150 and one (1) winner of PHP10,000 PayMaya credits will be chosen via electronic raffle draw in the presence of a DTI representative on October 8, 2020 at the PayMaya office in Mandaluyong City or via video call.
6. Announcement of winners will be on October 16, 2020 via PayMaya’s official Facebook page. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
7. The winner will be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
8. Winners can only win once.
9. Prizes are non-transferable. The motorcycle grand prize cannot be converted into cash.
10. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period. Participants will be notified of their raffle entries via SMS.
11. The winners must agree to have his/her photos and videos taken as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo.
12. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
13. With prior approval of DTI-FTEB, PayMaya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within 60 days upon registered notice.
14. This promo can be used in conjunction with other PayMaya promos.
15. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
16. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
17. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
18. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
19. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
20. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., and Ideas x Machina (advertising agency), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
21. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
