7. Raffle draw will be on June 22, 2023, to be witnessed by a DTI representative. Winners will be announced on June 29, 2023 both on Maya and Mercury Drug social media accounts.
8. Winners will be notified by Maya via registered mail, email and call on their Maya registered email address and thru their Maya mobile number. Winners should present the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes to Maya:
   1. Copy of registered mail from Maya
   2. Personal Information
   3. Valid ID.
9. Maya will manage the prize delivery and shoulder courier fees for all winners.
10. Prizes are not convertible to cash and non-transferrable.
11. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
12. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain a spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
13. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
14. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
15. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
16. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
17. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
18. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc., Mercury Drug Corporation, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
19. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one raffle entry will NOT qualify.
20. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
21. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
22. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
23. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time.
