1. Promo period is from October 5 to December 31, 2022
2. This promo is open only to new users who do not have a Maya account yet, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact at the SM Store using Maya. Additionally, only users who will create a new account (consumer) using the Maya app will be qualified to participate.
3. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn the rewards when they do the following in sequential order:
   1. To get the ₱20 reward: Create or sign up for a Maya account using the Maya app 
   2. To get the ₱80 reward: Use code “SMLOVESMAYA” to upgrade Maya account and complete a first time minimum spend transaction worth ₱300 via Maya QR at SM Store
4. Qualified users can earn the one-time ₱80 additional reward from the promo only after doing their first successful transaction amounting to at least ₱300 at the SM store on their Maya app. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
5. Qualified users will be rewarded through instant credits transferred to their Maya wallet.
6. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya any of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
7. Existing Maya users along with those with merchant accounts and under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
8. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
9. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
10. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the discount equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the discount has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
11. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback/instant credits on time.
12. The cashback/instant credits can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.

14. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. 15. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
