SM Store Back To School Raffle Promo Mechanics

Receive one (1) raffle entry when you scan to pay with Maya QR with a minimum spend of PHP 1,000 at the SM Store

1. Promo period is from July 16 – 31 August 2022.
2. This promo is open to all new & existing UPGRADED Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact at participating SM Store branches using Maya QR within the promo duration.
3. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for every P1,000 spent at participating The SM Store branches.
4. Qualified transaction will automatically earn the user one (1) raffle entry.
5. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transactions and inform them of their automatic raffle entry.
6. Upon transaction with the minimum spend amount requirement, customer will not need to register their transaction to receive raffle entry. Maya will automatically detect qualified transactions for receipt of raffle entry.
7. A user can receive unlimited raffle entries but may only win once.
8. There will be 15 winners for the promo who will receive:

   5 winners	Huawei Matebook D15
   10 winners	Huawei Matepad 2K

9. The raffle draw will be on 9 September 2022, in participation of a DTI representative. Winners will be announced on 15 September both on Maya and SM social media accounts.
10. Winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya registered email address and mobile number. Winners should present the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes to Maya:
    1. Personal Information
    2. Valid ID
11. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge. Failure to revert to the Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim and Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners.
12. With prior approval of DTI, PayMaya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
13. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
14. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
15. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and SM Retail, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
16. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
17. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
18. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner merchant.
19. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.g., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
20. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

22. Promo organizer’s decision is final without the concurrence of DTI.
23. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.

25. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
