Win a Samsung Galaxy Z flip phone and many other prizes from the SM store

1. The promo period is from April 28 to June 30, 2023.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing upgraded Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact at participating SM Stores using Cash In or scan to pay Maya QR within the promo duration.
3. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for every ₱1,000 spent at participating the SM Store branches or for every ₱1,000 minimum cash-in amount at the SM Store.
4. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
5. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transactions to inform them of their automatic raffle entry.
6. Customer will not need to register their transaction to receive raffle entry. Maya will automatically detect qualified transactions to record the user’s raffle entry.
7. A user can earn unlimited raffle entries but may only win once throughout the entire promo duration. If the user’s name is drawn multiple times, user will be rewarded the prize with the highest value. Raffle winners for the promo are eligible to receive one (1) of the following prizes:

1. The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative. Raffle winners will be announced on both Maya and SM’s social media accounts.
2. Raffle winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya-registered e-mail address, via snail mail, and the registered nearest SM Store mall branch. Raffle winner must acknowledge and respond by sending the following documents via e-mail to winner@maya.ph prior to the awarding of the prizes:
   1. Full Name
   2. Maya-registered Mobile Number
   3. Present Address
   4. One (1) Valid ID (Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting present address
3. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge via e-mail sent to winner@maya.ph their intent to claim their raffle prize . Failure to revert to the Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim their raffle prize with prior DTI Approval. Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners after sixty days.
4. Winners shall be notified via registered mail.
5. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
6. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and SM Retail, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
7. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner merchant.
8. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.g., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
9. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of SM and/or Maya.
10. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
11. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited.
12. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from user’s balance. If user’s balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when user’s balance is sufficient.
13. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
14. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.

16. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. 17. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
