Promo Mechanics

Get P30 cashback for a minimum spend of P500 when you pay via Maya QR at WalterMart Malls

1. Promo extended until July 15, 2023, approved by DTI-FTEB.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing upgraded Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact with participating WalterMart Malls branches.
3. Qualified users will receive a ₱30 cashback for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱500. Qualified users can receive a maximum of ₱90 cashback per month for this promo. Valid for first 1,000 transaction per month only.
4. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transactions.
5. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
6. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
7. To redeem the cashback voucher, qualified users are to follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
3. Select the cashback voucher under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
5. Notification of the voucher redemption will be sent in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in the qualified users Maya account balance.
8. Unused rewards will expire / clawed back within sixty (60) days upon receipt.
9. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
10. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of WalterMart Malls or Maya.
11. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
16. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
17. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time.
19. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.

WALTERMART x Maya Raffle Promo:

Receive one (1) raffle entry for every spend of ₱500 paid with Maya QR at WalterMart Malls

1. Promo extended until July 15, 2023, approved by DTI-FTEB.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing upgraded Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact at participating WalterMart malls branches using scan to pay Maya QR within the promo duration.
3. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for every ₱500 spent at participating WalterMart malls branches
4. Qualified transaction will automatically earn the user one (1) raffle entry.
5. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transactions to inform them of their automatic raffle entry.
6. Customer will not need to register their transaction to receive raffle entry. Maya will automatically detect qualified transactions to record the user’s raffle entry.
7. A user can earn unlimited raffle entries but may only win once throughout the entire promo duration. Raffle winners for the promo are eligible to receive one (1) of the following prizes:

8. The raffle draw will be conducted on July 23, 2023, with the final date to be specified, in the presence of a DTI representative. Raffle winners will be announced on both Maya and WalterMart’s social media accounts.
9. Raffle winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya-registered, sending of snail mail, e-mail address and mobile number. Raffle winner must acknowledge and respond by presenting the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes:

   3. Present address
   4. 1 Valid ID (Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting present address

10. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge the message sent by Maya. Failure to revert to the Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim and Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners.
11. Maya will continue to get the raffle entries from June 16, 2023, at 12am until July 15, 2023 at 11:59pm.
12. Failure to claim the prize upon receipt of registered mail or snail will forfeit the prize with prior approval of DTI
