1. Open to active Maya Black Credit Card (MBCC) Cardholders. 
2. You must have Maya @usernname. If you don’t have one yet, you must create one to be eligible. 
3. Referees must apply within the April 1 – May 31, 2026 and must be approved no later than 30 business days after May 31, 2026.

2. This promotion is open to all active Maya Black Credit Card Cardholders (MBCC cardholders) with referral codes, who successfully refer individuals who apply for the Maya Black Credit Card during the Promo Period. Both Referrer and Referee may earn rewards under this Program
3. Only MBCC cardholders who are in active status are qualified to make referrals.
4. There is no limit to the number of referrals that a cardholder wishes to refer.
5. The Referral Period is from April 1 to May 31, 2026. The Referee must (a) input the referral code during the MBCC application process and (b) complete the MBCC application process within the Referral Period.
   The Referee’s application may be approved within thirty (30) business days after May 31, 2026 and will still be considered eligible. 
6. The reward will be credited to both the Referrer and Referee after the Referee’s application is approved.
7. The reward shall be credited to the user’s Maya Black Credit Card Referral Dashboard. For full details on card fees, interest rates, and charges, please refer to the Maya Black Credit Card Terms and Conditions available in the Maya app.
8. The Maya Black Credit Card (MBCC) remainssubject to its own Terms & Conditions. Participation in this Member Get Member Program (Referral program) does not alter or replace the standard MBCC Terms & Conditions.
9. Credit cardholders (Referrers) will be assigned a unique referral code, which is their Maya “@username”. This @username appears at the top‑left portionof the Homescreen upon logging in, and is also displayed below the Referrer’s name on their Maya user profile. 
   If a Referrer does not yet have an @username, they must first create one in the Maya app, as this will serve as their referral code for the Program. 
10. For users to qualify as a Referee under this Program, they must complete the following steps:
    1. Step 1: Download the Maya app and create an upgraded account, ifthey do not have one yet. 
    2. Step 2: Go to the “Cards” tab, select the Maya Black Credit Card banner, and click “Apply now”.
    3. Step 3: During the MBCC application process, input the Referrer’s @username in the designated referral code field.
    4. Step 4: Complete the application and get approved to receive the reward.
11. A Referee may use only one (1) referral code for their application. Once a referral code is submitted, it becomes permanently attributable to that Referee’s application record and will apply to all subsequentre‑applications should the initialapplication be rejected or require re‑submission. 
    Rewards will only be granted if the Referee: 
    1. enters a valid referral code within the Referral Period
    2. completes the application process within the Referral Period, and
    3. is approved within the allowed approval window. (The approval window is thirty (30) business days after May 31, 2026.)
    4. Re‑applications or re‑attempts submittedoutsidethe Referral Period (April 1–May 31, 2026) shall not be eligible for rewards, even if they are subsequently approved within the thirty (30) business‑day approval window after May 31, 2026.

12. All Referees will go through the Bank’s standard credit card evaluation process/approval and turnaround time.
    1. Upon pre-eligibility checks, the Referee will receive a message from the Maya app to continue with the final steps of application at the "Cards” tab on the Maya app and provide additionaldetails and/or additional income documents as needed. 
    2. Upon approval, the Referee may use their Credit Card for online purchases. The Physical Card will be delivered afterward following the standard card delivery turnaround time for Metro Manila and provinces by Maya’s card courier/s.
13.  Additional Guidelines when referring:
    1. Referees who submitapplications through other means outside the credit card application process and beyond the referral period shall not qualify
    2. Referees who quote a referral code not provided by Maya shall not qualify
    3. Maya MBCC-Employees referring co-employees/superiors shall not qualify
    4. MBCC cardholders referring an existing MBCC cardholder shall not qualify
    5. Only Referrers and Referees who fully comply withthe application requirements can be counted under this Referral Program.
    6. In case a Referrer is found to have made a misrepresentation or any other similar activity, as determinedby Maya Bank, the latter shall have the right to forfeitthe referral/reward. 
    7. Rewards of MBCC cardholders will be forfeitedif cardholder cancels the card, cardholder becomes past due or Bank suspends the cardholder due to valid reasons as covered in the Credit Card T&C.
    8. Only Referees can follow up the status of their card application with Maya Bank based on the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) through the various contact details provided for purposes of their credit card application. Maya shall not be bound to share any personal data of the applicant with the MBCC cardholder Referrer even if the same originated or was submittedto Maya by the Employee-Referrer. By participatingin this Program, users consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Maya’s Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012

1. The reward is non-transferable.
2. Any possible disputeon the awarding of the reward under this Program shall be settled with due diligence among the involved parties. However, the final decision shall reston Maya Bank. 
3. Maya Bank, Inc. reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time with notice to the Maya Black Credit Cardholders.
4. The MBCC Member Get Member Program is subject to the General Terms and Conditions on the issuance of the Maya Black Credit Card by Maya.
5. The reward received by a qualified user shall be deemedfinal unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward.
6. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
7. Refunded / reversed transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
8. 8. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequentlyfound to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participatein this promo. 
9. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participatein the promo or receive rewards.
10. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawbackthe prize or reward given.
11. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
12. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the Maya Miles or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the Maya Miles or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any Maya Miles/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
13. The customer must notify Mayaof any complaints regardingthe promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications, complaints and further assistance relative to this promo customers may visit the Help Center in the Maya app by navigating to 'Profile' and selecting 'Get Help.'
