1. What is the COOP Incentive Program?
   This is a program initiated by Maya and Smart that aims to promote the Maya app thru incentivizing or rewarding both the COOP entity and their members.
   *COOP will get P20 for every successful referral
   *Incentive capped at P20,000 per COOP for the whole year
   *Each COOP will provide a MIN of their representative that will be rewarded via Manual Disbursement every month
2. What is the duration of this program?
   The COOP Incentive program will run from April 1 – December 31, 2023
3. Who can use the COOPs MGM codes?
   Each COOP will be provided with a unique code that their members can use to get the P60 welcome reward.
4. How will I use the code?
   You can enter the code upon registering for a Maya account
5. How to check the status of my application?
   You may monitor the status of your application by tapping CHECK STATUS in the Profile.Once your upgrade application is approved, you will receive an SMS confirmation within 24 hours. You will see the Upgraded Account check mark at the top of your Profile indicating that your account is now upgraded. You can then start enjoying the features of your upgraded Maya account!

7. When will I receive my P60 reward?
   The P60 welcome reward will be sent to your Maya wallet after completing a transaction (with min. Amount of P20)
8. What are the valid transactions I can do to get the reward?
   
   • Buy any item from Shop (only select load and data products are eligible)
   • Pay bills through Bills Pay feature
   • Send Money (through Send Money feature to another Maya user only)
   • Buy Crypto
   • Deposit to Maya Savings from your wallet
   • Pay via Maya QR (except Negosyo QR merchants)
   • Pay via registered Maya number
   • Pay using Maya virtual card or physical card online or in-store
9. When can the COOPs expect to receive the Incentive reward?
   The performance of the codes will be assessed on the last week of the month and the disbursement of the rewards can be expected to be received by the first week of every month.
