Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from March 15, 2020 - June 14, 2020.
2. This promo is open to all PayMaya users with upgraded accounts who will scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR at participating RePhil branches.
3. Qualified users will enjoy PHP5 off* per liter (computed as 12% cashback or voucher, capped at PHP500.00 per month) when they scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR at RePhil. No minimum purchase required.
4. Qualified users can earn up to P500 cashback per month:
   1. Month 1: March 15 – April 14, 2020
   2. Month 2: April 15 – May 14, 2020
   3. Month 3: May 15 – June 14, 2020
5. The maximum cashback or voucher each participating user can earn during the entire promo period is P1,500 (P500 x 3 months).
6. Only PayMaya users with upgraded accounts are qualified to join this promo. Non-upgraded users who scan-to-pay a minimum of P250 via PayMaya QR at RePhil will be eligible to receive a one-time P30 cashback upon successful upgrade of his/her PayMaya account. Succeeding transactions after successful upgrade will qualify for 12% cashback or voucher, capped at PHP500.00 per month.
7. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid QR transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
8. This promo is applicable to unique, valid, and upgraded PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
9. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
10. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
11. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
12. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback or voucher on time. The prize or cashback or voucher can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
13. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
14. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo (e.g. mistake in crediting, missing vouchers) within 30 days from the end of the promo period. 15. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
