Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from March 1 - 15, 2019. Promo extended until March 31, 2019, as approved by DTI-FTEB.

2.This promo is open to all Maya users who will #ScanToPay with Maya QR to buy movie tickets at participating Robinsons Movieworld cinemas with a minimum purchase of P400.

3. Qualified users will receive a one-time 30% cashback of up to P200 anytime after their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.

4. This offer is applicable to regular cinema tickets purchased at the cinema ticket booth only. VIP cinemas and advanced reservations from the website are not included.

6. Below are the steps to pay with Maya QR:Log in to the Maya app.

Log in to the Maya app. Tap “Scan.
Scan the merchant QR code at the cashier.
Enter the amount to be paid.
Tap “Pay.”

7. The cashback only applies to the user’s FIRST QR transaction at Robinsons Movieworld during the promo period. Succeeding purchases will no longer qualify.

8. Any cashback credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint (i.e. incorrect cashback amount credited or uncredited cashback amount) within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.

9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the reward or prize, even if already issued.

10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.

Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if participant is blacklisted.

11. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

13. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize on time. The prize can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
