  To create a Personal Goal account valid for the promo, here are the steps:

  2. Set up (1) Personal Goal account by assigning a
    - Name and theme for your Personal Goal
    - Earliest due date of April 30, 2023 or later (you may opt to choose a due date beyond April 30, 2023)
    - Goal amount (any amount)
  3. Fund your Personal Goals by seamlessly depositing from your Maya Savings, wallet, or other banks

  *Only the first Personal Goals account created in Step 2 will qualify for the promo. Succeeding Personal Goals accounts created will not qualify anymore.
3. Step 3 - Spend a minimum of P300 from their Maya Wallet by doing any of the tasks below:

Promo participants must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
For reward credited to Savings or Personal Goals: The winner will receive the reward by the following process via Savings or Personal Goal:
1. The winner will receive a push notification or SMS once the reward is successfully credited.
2. To view the reward to Savings, follow these steps:
  - Open the Maya app and tap ‘Savings’
  - Cashbacks deposited to Maya Savings will be reflected as Rewards to Savings on the Savings Transaction History screen.
If crediting of the prize via Maya Personal Goals or Maya Savings is not available due to including but not limited to system errors, the reward will be credited to the winner’s Maya Wallet account. The winner will be informed prior to prize crediting via Maya’s official channels.
Each Maya transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the raffle made on social media.
Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be posted at Maya Facebook page.
Prizes are not convertible to cash, refundable, and non-exchangeable for other items upon successful claiming from Maya.
Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
Every raffle draw will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prizes to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
Only users with upgraded Maya accounts can get a chance to win raffle prizes. A user whose mobile number or name was drawn but does not have an upgraded account will not be considered a winner.
Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system or of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines Inc., Maya Bank, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle
