1. Promo period is from April 1-May 31, 2023
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who have done the following tasks within the promo period:
   • Step 1 – Sign up for Maya, upgrade your account
   • Step 2 – Open a Maya Savings account and nominate your Username
     To create your own Username, just follow these steps:
   1. Tap the “Profile” icon on the upper left corner
   2. Tap "Get Started" to create your @username
   3. Claim your @username

   • Step 3 –  Deposit at least P250 to Maya Savings (single deposit will qualify)
   • Step 4 – Do ANY of the following transactions done on the Maya Wallet within the promo period (minimum spend: P250; single purchase will qualify)
   1. Pay via QR
   2. Buy Airtime Load
   3. Pay a bill in the app
   4. Pay via Mobile Number
   5. Check out with Maya
   6. Pay with Maya Card
• Step 5 – Order a Maya card (Black variant) from the Cards dashboard. Here’s how:
1. Go to your Cards dashboard
2. Order your Maya card (Black variant only; excludes co-branded cards)
3. Get your P200 cashback from Maya!
3. This promo is not open to Maya employees.
4. Users who qualify for this promo:
   • Will only get (1) FREE Maya card (Black variant only; excludes co-branded cards) with their @username
   • Are not qualified for other Free Maya card offered by Maya Savings
   • Users who have not yet claimed a username but ordered a Maya Card in-app are disqualified from this promo because they did not satisfy Step 2 of Clause #2

5. Users who qualified from previous Free Maya Card offered by Maya Savings from June 2022 to March 2023 are no longer qualified for this campaign.
6. Qualified promo participants will receive their P200 cashback for the ordered Maya Card (Black variant only; excludes co-branded cards) with Username up to 14 days after the promo period.

“Hi <name>! You earned P200 cashback voucher for qualifying for Maya’s FREE Maya card with your username offer. To redeem your voucher, go to your Maya app & log in to your account. Tap “Vouchers” in the homescreen and claim your voucher.”

7. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
8. Bills pay transactions made at the following billers are excludedfrom the promo:
   1. “Government” category billers
   2. “Donation” category billers
   3. “Others” category billers
   4. “Payment Solutions” category billers
   5. And other billers prone to promo abuse
9. QR transactions made at the following merchants are excludedfrom the promo:
   1. Maya Business App (formerly called PayMaya Negosyo) merchants
   2. “Donation” category merchants
   3. “Government” category merchants
   4. “School” category merchants
   5. “Gambling” category merchants
10. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
11. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
12. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
13. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
14. Promo participants must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
15. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
16. Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this promo. Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
17. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
18. In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
19. Should the qualified spend transaction to be cancelled or declined within the promo period, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
20. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
21. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
22. Deposits are insured by PDIC up to P500,000 per depositor. Maya is regulated by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
