The promo will run during Pay-Day Weekend on these dates:
• November 29 - 30, 2019
• December 13 – 14, 2019
• December 27 – 28, 2019
• January 14 – 15, 2020 

1. The promo is open to all PayMaya users who will purchase prepaid load via the PayMaya App.
2. Prepaid load purchase via PayMaya in Messenger will NOT qualify for a discount.
3. Qualified users can avail of a 15% discount on Giga SKUs as stated above for SMART/TNT & SUN available in the PayMaya app (Load Package Tab) during the promo period.
4. The promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
5. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.     
6. PayMaya/SMART reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or discounts to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).    
7. PayMaya/SMART reserves the right to withdraw rewards or discounts to invalid accounts even if the user has already received it.  
8. PayMaya/SMART users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.   
9. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. 10. Should the qualified purchase be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer or merchant initiated, PayMaya/SMART reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled purchase, even if the rewards or prizes have been credited. PayMaya/SMART reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya/SMART reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is  sufficient.
