This promo is open to all Maya users (consumer accounts) who will buy Globe Go+99 Prepaid Load via Maya App from December 1-31, 2023.
User will earn 1 raffle entry for every load of Globe Go+99 for a chance to win a Samsung A22 Mobile Phone or Konsulta MD Voucher.
Raffle draw will be on January 15, 2023:
- 3 winners of Samsung A22 Mobile Phone
- 100 winners of KonsultaMD Group Plan Voucher
Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
The deadline for earning raffle entries is December 31, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective promo run.
Winners should only win once for the entire promo duration.
All regular and contractual employees of Globe Telecom Inc., Maya Philippines, Inc., and Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
The list of raffle winners will be posted on Maya official Facebook page.
A Globe representative will get in touch via phone call with the winners to verify their identity. Failure for winner to verify via call up to 5 attempts will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
Maya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. By participating in this promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
Promo prizes are non-convertible.
Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
5. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
