  1. The promo will run from July 25 to 31, 2022
  2. The promo is open to all new and existing Maya users (with consumer accounts only) who will buy prepaid load for themselves in the Maya in-app Shop within the indicated promo period.
  3. Qualified users will get 10% cashback on prepaid load purchases made from August 1-31, 2022 when they buy at least P100 prepaid load with Maya from July 25-31, 2022
  4. The minimum spend required for the promo is P100.
  5. The maximum accumulated cashback that can be earned within the promo period is P100.
  6. The promo is open to self-loading transactions only. Gifting of load using Maya will not qualify for the promo.
  7. The following transactions will not qualify for the promo reward:
    1. Buying of load using your Maya-linked mobile number
    2. Buying of load using your Maya virtual or physical card
  8. Qualified users will receive their reward in the form of a claimable of cashback voucher in the Maya app.
  9. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
  10. Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  12. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  13. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  14. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  15. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards
  16. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  17. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
  18. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  19. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  20. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  21. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call (+632) 8845-7788 or email support@maya.ph.
  22. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya (PayMaya Philippines Inc) of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
  23. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
