Buy Load to Win over P1 MILLION worth of prizes with Maya

A. General Mechanics

1. The promo will run from May 1-31, 2022
2. The promo is open to new and existing PayMaya users (consumer accounts only) who will buy prepaid load worth at least P100 within the promo period.
3. Qualified users will earn a raffle entry for every single-receipt purchase of prepaid load worth at least P100 for a chance to be one (1) of twenty five (25) lucky winners of P10,000
4. The promo is open to the following load items available in the PayMaya in-app Shop:
   1. Smart, TNT, Sun
   2. PLDT Home FamLoad
   3. Globe, TM
   4. DITO
   5. Cherry Prepaid
   6. Free Bee
5. The minimum spend required to qualify for the raffle entry is P100.
6. A total of twenty five (25) PayMaya users will win PHP 10,000 each weekly, and 2 winners will (please refer to the table below)

7. A qualified PayMaya user can only win ONCE (1x) per promo run.
8. The computation for raffle entries is indicated below:
   1. 1 single-receipt purchase of at least P100 = 1 raffle entry
9. Qualified participants will receive a SMS notification after each successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
10. The deadline for earning raffle entries is May 31, 2022, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
11. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
12. Raffle entries earned from the entire duration of the promo are cumulative for the Grand Prize only.
13. The schedule of the raffle draw is indicated as follows:

14. The raffle draw will be conducted over Microsoft Teams with the presence of an authorized DTI-FTEB representative.
15. All cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s PayMaya app in the form of a cashback voucher
16. To redeem the cashback voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
17. The list of raffle winners will be posted on PayMaya’s official Facebook page
18. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. PayMaya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on PayMaya’s Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 19. To claim their prizes, all winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@paymaya.com in order to claim their prize.
20. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
21. PayMaya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
22. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
23. Promo prizes are non-convertible
24. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from PayMaya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of PayMaya, with prior approval of DTI.
25. PayMaya is fully responsible for the operation of the PayMaya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
26. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., their affiliates, advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
